This blend of multiple barrel-aged sparkling ciders is a unique taste of Maine-grown apple varietals and their transformation in oak barrels. The two most unique barrels used in the blend were a New England Distilling rum barrel and a Chicory Liqueur barrel. After one year in barrels, we blended the batches together into this nuanced, dry, sparkling cider with notes of crisp green apple, spirits, oak, and a lightly vinous quality in the finish.
