We’ve merged staples of both Belgian and American brewing in this dry-hopped, farmhouse-style pale ale. By fermenting with a classic saison yeast and then generously dry hopping, we achieved this beer’s clean, complex profile—full of tropical and piney aromatics.
Grains: Maine Malt House Pale Malt, Wayermann Carahell, Blue Ox Caramel Malt
Hops: Nugget, Chinook, Galaxy, Cashmere, Centennial
Yeast: Jovaru Lithuanian Farmhouse
