Beer Release: The Cellars #10

We aged a two-year-old batch of our spontaneous Coolship ale in clay pots for eight months, adding wild blueberry honey before blending the beer with a barrel-aged version of Snow Report (our honey saison). To cap it off, we conditioned the beer with early season honey from 2022 before packaging it. All three varieties of honey used in this very special beer were sourced right here in Maine.

This beer will only be available to guests at The Cellars, both on draft and in 375mL bottles.
