What a day! Not one, not two, but three special releases, only in our tasting room.
First up, we have the debut of our housemade Cider in cans. Put simply, this cider is dry, balanced, and comes in at an incredibly sippable 7.1% ABV. Put less simply, the juice of the pressed, local apples were co-fermented with a Pét-nat yeast strain. Complicated? Yes. Easy to drink? Also yes. This will be available both on draft and in 4-packs of 12oz cans.
Secondly, we’re releasing our seasonal fan favorite, Foliage Report. Brewed for all you leaf peepers, we have this malty and crisp Belgian-style dubbel ale bursting with notes of toffee, caramel, and classic Belgian fruitiness. This will be available both on draft and in 4-packs of 12oz cans.
Finally, it’s the return of Confluence, our strong golden ale that benefits from mixed fermentation and dry hopping techniques. Both our house yeast strain and our proprietary Brettanomyces yeast strain are used in fermentation, creating a unique blend of fruit and spice flavors along with an incredibly silky mouthfeel. Just prior to bottling, it is dry hopped with Glacier hops, providing a pleasant, fruity aroma. While this year’s vintage of Confluence is only available on draft, we’ll have an older vintage available to purchase in 750mL bottles!
