We expect our guests to join us in welcoming and respecting everyone in our Tasting Room. As such, we do not allow hate speech, display of items referencing/inciting hate speech, or any form of harassment.
Our employees wear Allagash Leaf pins and are trained to address disrespectful actions. If you experience or observe anything that makes you uncomfortable, look for the Leaf pin and reach out.

Thank you for visiting us and creating a welcoming environment for all of our guests.
United Way of Southern Maine works with the community to quickly respond to emerging needs and tackle persistent issues, including child care, food insecurity, housing instability, and mental health.
Since 2019, we've been a Certified B Corp brewery, striving to brew for the good of our employees, community, and environment.
Here are some of the questions that our guests frequently ask about our tasting room.
We do our best to make the Allagash Tasting Room enjoyable for your entire family. All we ask is that any children remain under the supervision of your party at all times.
And for those with particularly young children, we have our Nursing Nook. While baby-feeding parents are welcome to feed their little ones wherever they are most comfortable at Allagash, our new space will provide you with the added option of a quiet, private room to pump and feed.
We offer a tour of our historic brewing space, as well as guided beer-tasting experiences, events and more. To see every experience available for booking, simply head to our website through this tour and event page link right here.
We love having dogs come visit us at Allagash. Friendly, well-behaved dogs are always welcome! Just please remember to have your dogs leashed and under your control at all times.
In our tasting room area, any and all food is welcome. Bring whatever you’d like to enjoy! But we also have food for purchase here from Bite Into Maine; you can view their menu right here.
We only ask that you not drink any non-Allagash beer on our premises. We legally cannot have other brewery’s beer here, but we absolutely encourage you to head over to the number of other breweries on our street after spending some time with us.
Our tasting space is primarily outdoors, though we do have the capability to adjust it for the weather, with heaters in the winter and open-air chairs in the summer. We’ve also been known to open up our brewhouse floor area with tables and chairs for guests on weekends. For your maximum comfort, we do suggest that you dress for the weather.
We took quite a bit of care to lay out our tasting room to be accessible and welcoming to all. However, our space is primarily outdoors with shaded areas. Just make sure to dress for the weather for the most comfortable experience with us. We aim to make you as comfortable as possible during your visit—if you need any special accommodations, please let our staff know.
You can indeed! We’ve opened up multiple spaces for booking around the brewery. From wedding receptions to business functions, we have multiple brewery spaces to host your next event. To inquire about your event, simply head to this link right here to inquire about a private event.
